The Jinse Dao Dragon Slot Machine takes a different sort of approach to the popular mechanic of prizes being found on the reels of slots. Instead of a hold and spin approach, Jinse Dao Dragon has what’s called a “Hit & Win” mechanic, where you get a full reel on the first reel of a symbol, and then as long as prizes appear on successive reels, you win those.
Let’s look at how this makes Jinse Dao Dragon stand out in the casino, and share where you can play it online!
With a traditional 3×5 reel set and an all ways pays format, it’s a simple enough structure. Aside from those prize orbs, there are eight pay table symbols, four premium and four poker symbols, plus the bonus symbol. There’s no wilds or any other elements so it’s pretty straightforward.
Premium symbols pay as little as two reels across, whereas poker symbols pay three across or more. The breadth of symbols paying as little as two across helps make the game bring pays out more frequently. The top symbol gives your money back with just two symbols – a nice payout for such a scenario.
When playing in casinos your bet levels start at 50 credits (50 cent at penny denomination), but online it is available for as little as 10 cents a spin – that’s a nice touch and a great opportunity for low betters to play on a budget.
There are no progressives here, just four flat jackpots, which differ from in the casino. So this means the prizes are now proportional to your bet at all levels, and you have an equal chance of winning them regardless of bet level, unlike the progressives in a casino where your odds improve as you bet higher.
Fu Yin Yang Slot Review
So, here’s the thing that disturbs me about the yin-yang symbol: it looks like two tadpoles 69’ing each other. And you know it, so don’t even try to argue, or take a righteous stance.
And speaking of worrying things, there’s something deeply concerning about the boy to the left of the 5x3-reel grid on Fu Yin Yang slot (from Netgame).
Just take a look; he’s stroking a koi fish and the poor thing desperately wants to get away. Which it would, of course, coz it’s a damn fish, and fish aren’t meant to be out of water, nor are they supposed to be petted by some vacuous kid.
Before I call the S.P.C.A., I think it’s best we get to grips with the game.
OK, so worrying things aside, what’s right about this game is how Fu Yin Yang slot looks in any orientation. The grid is huge in landscape mode, while in portrait mode it takes on a cool shape, thanks to the decorations at the top where the jackpots are.
Now, some slots look all cute but are deceptive because they pack a punch in the stats department. This game ain’t like that. It has a medium volatility rate, so the max win is just €60,000 and there are only 5 paylines.
As for the RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots. RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., that’s 96.34% and there are no currency limitations so you can play using the fiat or crypto of your choice.
Let’s talk about symbols. There’s a Mystery one and its purpose is to reveal similar symbols (it just won’t reveal Bonus symbols).
There’s also a Wild in this game, which replaces all symbols other than Bonus symbols and Cash Spheres. You’ll see Wilds roaming about on reels 2 to 5 in the base game and Wilds can be revealed by Mystery symbols on any of the reels during Free Spins.
Cash Spheres can be found during the base game, in the Free Spins round, during the Hold ‘n’ Win bonus game, and Mystery symbols can also reveal them. Spheres can carry multiplier values of 1x to 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 50x, or 100x your total bet.
Landing 3 or more Bonus Scatters brings about the Free Spins round. This will award you 6 spins and you’ll get paid 2x, 10x, or 100x your total bet, depending on whether you landed 3, 4, or 5 Scatters respectively.
Mystery symbols can appear during Free Spins, meaning that at the end of the round, all Mystery symbols will reveal the same symbol (just not the Cash Spheres as I mentioned earlier).
You’ll need to hit 6 or more Cash Spheres simultaneously to trigger this feature. You know the drill here – triggering symbols become sticky and the other positions on the reels spin (you’ll only see Cash Spheres or nothing at all on the reels; no other symbols come into play).
You’ll be awarded 3 spins at the start of the round and each newly-landed Cash Sphere will reset that number to 3. The game continues until you run out of spins, or you land 15 Cash Spheres, in which case you’ll have nailed the 1,200x multiplier.
You’ll be able to land Jackpots in 3 ways – they’ll either appear on spheres during the base game; during the Hold ‘n’ Link Bonus round; or the Mystery symbols will reveal them.
There are 3 types of Jackpots, and they pay out like this: Mini: 20x your total bet Minor: 100x your total bet Major: 250x your total bet
Unlike that poor koi battling to get out of the leering kid’s grasp, Fu Yin Yang slot didn’t struggle (with its performance). I played it on multiple devices and browsers, and it was mercifully hassle-free.
There’s a decent betting spread here – from €0.05 to €50 – and the max win is €60,000, which comes off the back of the max bet along with the 1,200x multiplier.
Disturbing koi-stroking animations aside, Fu Yin Yang slot is an attractive game that you can play on any device. Now, regarding the features, there’s not much to be pessimistic about. You get Free Spins with multipliers, a classic Hold & Win feature, as well as Mystery symbols.
I feel like a Buy Bonus would’ve been nice – certainly to fast-track into the Free Spins round, at the very least – but it’s not a dealbreaker that it hasn’t been included.
The features triggered fairly regularly during testing, so I never got too bored during the base game. Yeah, so it’s a solid offering for those who like medium-volatility games and aren’t too hectic about chasing max wins.

Expanding Reels Feature
At least one glowing orb on reel 1 triggers the Expanding Reels feature. The glowing orbs will nudge to fill the reel if they haven’t already filled it. Then, the reels will grow up to three spaces higher each on reels 2-5. Then, orbs that appear on successive reels starting with reel 2 are paid. If any reel has none, no other orbs beyond that reel are paid.
The Mini can appear on reels 4-5, which is why getting farther out can be helpful. The Minor and Major can appear on reel 5. The Grand cannot be won here.
On spins where there is no win but reel 2 has a glowing orb, the reels can expand to show more and the Glowing Orbs can retroactively appear on reel 1.
Compared to a hold and spin feature, the Expanding Reels Feature is designed to come out more often, but will generally offer smaller prizes. This makes the game less volatile overall.
Three yin-yang symbols on reels 3, 4 and 5 trigger the Wheel Bonus on the Jinse Dao Dragon slot machine. A player gets to spin for either free spins or a jackpot. All four jackpots are represented on the wheel, along with a range of free spin amounts of between 5 and 20 spins.
In the free spins a different set of reels are used with an increased chance of getting the Expanding Reels feature. The reels will also grow up to five spaces in the bonus when the Glowing Orbs fill reel 1, opening up the chance for collecting more of the glowing orbs for bigger wins.
